Spring Cleaning for Screenplays (a habit that's led to a lot of deals)

TO CLARIFY: Spring Cleaning can be done in any month. Obviously.
Spring Cleaning for Screenplays is the idea of going through your old material (even a year old) and bringing it up to date. Making sure your quiver is on par with your writing skills as of NOW. We grow exponentially as writers each year. What we thought was fabulous 3 months ago, can look like a steaming pile of dinosaur doo-doo from J-Park.
And sure, you hope spring cleaning is just a quick one day polish. Maybe two days.
But sometimes, it can mean a page one rewrite.
I’ve done it.
Multiple times, actually. It’s when I could see how great the idea/concept was, but the overall execution was lackluster. Good but not great. With my new and improved writing skills, I could see a better way to tell the story.
