If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a screenwriter, it’s to never underestimate the power of a great title and the importance of an original, fresh, and easy-to-comprehend logline (a mini summary of your movie idea), when it comes to turning your spec scripts into produced motion pictures.

How long should a logline be?

I never have turned in a logline that was more than a single sentence. Sure, that sentence might run on a bit, but there’s something about multiple sentences that makes an idea more complicated to digest. Especially for a pair of fresh eyes (your reader’s eyes, and hopefully, your future buyer’s eyes).
