Good morning everyone. My city is burning. My family and I are safe. Thankfully. At the moment, I’m stuck indoors because of all the smoke in the air. So I felt like writing. Let’s compartmentalize for a moment, and get into it.

I wanted to share a little anecdote on selling spec scripts. I have written 17 of them. Yes, 17. Majority of them were written at Starbucks in Brentwood.

The one that was bought and turned into a movie was actually one of my least favorites!!!
